Hot-melt yarn, also known as low-melting filament or fusible filament, can be divided into imported hot-melt filament and domestic hot-melt filament, nylon and polyester hot-melt filament, and full-melting and semi-melting. It controls the melting point at different temperatures such as 110°C, 160°C and 180°C, and has good dimensional stability at the same time.
Specifications are 20D (imported), 75D, 100D, 150D and so on. The melting point is 160-170 degrees. The product has high strength, easy weaving, high production efficiency and few defects. The finished product has high adhesion fastness and uniform dyeing, suitable for circular knitting, high-speed warp knitting, twisting, webbing, etc. It is widely used in window decoration products such as soft screen curtains, and can also be used as chenille yarn, plush products, woolen wool products, lace, shoulder straps, bra wire sets, seamless underwear, knitted jacquard, etc., in dyeing. It will slowly melt when the fiber yarns are glued together, which plays a role in fixing the edge and making the fabric not easy to loosen!
