Upper Nylon Hot Melt Yarn for Fly-Knit Shoe Materials
Upper Nylon Hot Melt Yarn is a nylon thermal fuse developed for fly-knit and 3D shoe-upper structures. The yarn softens under heat and bonds surrounding fibers to help set the woven structure after forming.
Available specifications include 50D, 75D, 100D, 150D and 180D. Standard colors are black and white, with custom colors available for suitable orders. The listed melting point is 90℃.

Thermal Bonding and Setting for 3D Knitted Uppers
Wrap or Direct Weave
The hot fuse can be wrapped inside chemical fiber yarn or woven directly into the shoe-upper fabric.
Heat Setting
After weaving, the fabric can be heat-set to activate the bonding function and stabilize the structure.
Warp & Weft Bonding
During heat setting, the thermal fuse helps bond adjacent warp and weft yarns more evenly.
Post-Setting Dyeing
The shoe-upper fabric can be dyed after heat setting when the process and substrate are compatible.
