Tpu Coated Yarn
Tpu Coated Yarn is manufactured through a six step process involving the compounding of masterbatches. The masterbatches are composed of TPU that is a plastic polymer with a ten to thirty percent weight content of nano silica. The yarn is subsequently annealed at 150-160deg C.

TPU coated yarn is used in a variety of industrial sectors and can have various properties. Their high viscosity and high resistance make them suitable for use in various textile products.
