What is Fine Denier Low Melting Point Nylon Hot Fuse

Fine Denier Low Melting Point Nylon Hot Fuse is a modified low melting point chemical fiber filament. It has the performance of environmental protection, non-toxic, no peculiar smell, and has the function of bonding. By weaving or winding, the thermal fuse is skillfully placed at the part that needs to be bonded, and the adjacent materials are melted and bonded under the corresponding temperature (dry, wet) conditions.

 

Widely used in: N6 Bondi thread, N66 Bondi thread, special-shaped webbing, lace lace, fabric sealing (seamless underwear, gloves, etc.), chenille yarn, trouser cuff stickers, 3D (flying woven) uppers, fashion watches Belts, car interiors, sofas, carbon fiber cloth, wireless charging coils, etc., nylon hot fuse is mixed with conventional polyester, nylon, wool or other fibers to produce non-woven or knitted or woven.
