White Filament Hot Melt Yarn

The White Filament Hot Melt Yarn is a kind of high quality polyester yarn with the advantages of low melting point, strong thermal adhesive properties, good fluidity and stable physical & chemical properties. It has been widely used in textile and non-woven industries. It can replace chemical adhesives such as glue, avoid the pollution of volatiles and powder layer and is environmentally friendly and non-toxic; at the same time, it saves the process flow and reduces the downstream production cost.

Basic condition of filament yarn is: melt extrusion, stretching of the soft polymer to very thin individual fibers through spinneret, and spinning into a compact yarn by using a spinneret of orifice in diameter 0.6 mm with the help of a high speed (900 m/min) heating roller. Then cooling the melted polyester with quenching air of various temperatures, oiling with a spinning finish of different EO/PO content in oiling amount of 0.8%, drawing in speed 900 m/min through first heating roller and then draw the filament yarn with 400% drawing ratio through second heating roller to get a filament cake.

In the past, a very difficult and long-felt problem has been faced to overcome the problem of quenching softness of higher d.p.f. polyester yarn, and to improve its productivity when the temperature of quenching air tube is set within 1015deg C., which is lower than the glass transition temperature of d.p.f. polyester yarn of d.p.f. 5 d55 d, and the surface roughness of the second heating roller is Ra 0.2 mm.If you are interested in White Filament Hot Melt Yarn, please feel free to contact us, we will reply you as soon as possible.
