100D TPU Hot Melt Monofilament is a single-strand yarn made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The "100D" means it's a medium-thick yarn-stronger than 20D or 30D, but still flexible and smooth.

 

Like other hot melt yarns, it melts when heated and bonds to other materials. Once it cools, the bond is firm, clean, and long-lasting. No glue, no stitching-just heat and pressure.
