TPU Bicomponent Yarn for Luggage

Bicomponent multifilament is to transport two different high molecular polymers from two independent raw material output devices to two extruders for heating and melting, and pass through two independent melt filters and melt delivery pipelines. After the metering pump, it enters the spinning die and is evenly distributed by the spinning die to reach the spinning assembly. The two melts are structurally compounded at the outlet of the spinning assembly to form a bicomponent yarn.
