TPU/PET bicomponent multifilament is developed and produced through a special spinning process on the basis of the development of PET. It is TPU, and PET is parallel composite spinning at 60/40. Because of the coexistence of two fiber components on the same section, and Their respective thermal shrinkage properties are different, which makes the fiber latent a self-crimping ability, which is presented during heat treatment or finishing. This special structure of its own makes the TPU/PET bicomponent yarn not only possess the excellent properties of PET Performance, it also has better elastic properties, which can be comparable to elastic fibers, and at the same time, it eliminates the spandex core-spun yarns that are commonly used in elastic fabrics, and the wrapping yarn treatment process required for wrapping yarns, and the dyeing performance is better than spandex.
