Elastic Hot Melt Yarn

Elastic hot melt yarn is also called spandex hot-melt yarn or multi-filament hot-melt yarn. It is made of TPU yarn and spandex yarn. By adjusting the characteristics of raw materials, the melting point can be controlled between 85C and 150C at room temperature. , weave elastic hot-melt yarn and other fibers into a fabric, and then apply pressure to the fabric under dry heat or humid heat. When the temperature is higher than the melting point of the hot-melt yarn, the hot-melt yarn will gradually melt. At this temperature, the conventional other fibers remain unchanged, thus being bonded together by the hot-melt yarn.

Melting conditions: both dry heat and damp heat are acceptable.

Melting point: 95°C.
